SHIPPING and RETURNS
All order are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged merchandise. Please e-mail email@example.com with information including your order number, description of the product you would like to return and your reason for the return and we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s). For product exchanges please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information including your order number, description of the product you would like to exchange and the new item you would like in exchange and we will respond to you with instructions on how to process the exchange. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost and we will bill/refund your credit card for the new merchandise and shipping fees upon receipt. Any possible offers of free shipping on your order are limited to ground shipments within the lower 48 contiguous United States and certain items may be excluded from this offer. International shipments are potentially subject to additional fees such as duties and customs fees dependent upon the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
